Common questions
What happens when my 14-day trial ends?
Nothing is charged automatically. When your trial ends, AI tools pause until you choose a plan; your contracts and settings stay put. If you subscribe during the trial, billing starts when the remaining trial days run out.
What counts as an "AI analysis"?
Each time you use one of the 11 AI tools (contract review, drafting, redlining, Q&A, extraction, etc.) it consumes one analysis from your quota. Quotas reset every 30 days from the start of your quota period. Unused analyses don't roll over.
Can I cancel or switch plans anytime?
Yes. Switch plans anytime from your account. Cancellation is also instant: you'll keep access until the end of your current period, then your account moves to limited access — your contracts stay available to view and export (100 analyses per 30 days), and you can delete your account at any time.
Do you offer refunds?
Subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by law; annual plans may be refunded within 14 days of first charge. Billing problems: email customer.service@idamil.com.
How does the Firm plan's seat pricing work?
Firm plan starts at $800/month with 3 attorney seats included. You can scale up to 20 seats self-service at $300/seat/month, or $3,300/seat/year (≈$275/mo) on annual. Each added seat also adds 300 AI analyses/month to your firm's shared pool. Need more than 20 seats? Contact sales for Enterprise pricing.
How will cloud storage work?
Cloud storage integrations are coming soon. When they ship, Contractus™ will read and write contracts in your own Google Drive, OneDrive, or Dropbox account — your files stay in storage you control. Until then, upload PDF, DOCX or TXT (up to 5 MB) or paste text into any tool.
Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
No. Sign up and you're in — no card, no waiting. You only add payment info if you choose a plan. No card = no charge.
What about taxes?
Prices are in USD and exclude any taxes you may owe.
